Time is a factor!
I put this together after I read about the trapped whales, we are all connected. We have to get an icebreaker in. The icebreakers belong to Canada. In the CBC story they mention that our icebreakers are in the St Lawrence river helping stuck merchant ships. I am sure they can wait and the companies that own the ship would get some good press if they asked to dispatch one icebreaker to help our whale friends.
