Dear Senator Nelson:

We the undersigned ask that in exchange for your continued support of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that the Act be amended in the following manner:

1) The NCAA shall be required to grant the University of Nebraska Cornhusker football program, and only the University of Nebraska football program, ten (10) additional scholarships each year over and above the number normally permitted under the NCAA Rules and Bylaws. This benefit shall extend in perpetuity and may not be modified by any future Act of Congress.

2) The NCAA shall be required to grant Ndamukong Suh two (2) years of additional athletic ability over and above the number normally permitted under the NCAA Rules and Bylaws. The NCAA shall provide Ndamukong Suh a stipend of one million dollars ($1,000,000) per year during the 2010 and 2011 Division I football seasons.
