Senator Kerry, Release Your Hate Tape!
Sign Now
On Thursday July 8, 2004, your campaign hosted a fundraiser at Radio City Music Hall at which you stated, "Every performer tonight in their own way either verbally through their music through their lyrics have conveyed to you the heart and soul of our country."
Do most Americans in their hearts, think that calling the President a "thug" and a "killer" represents the "heart and soul" of our nation? We don't think so, but we think voters should decide for themselves by watching the celebrities you claim captured the "heart and soul" of America in their performances, speeches, and songs.
Why do you continue to hide this tape from the American people? What are you afraid of?
America deserves to see this hate fest that you have tacitly endorsed. While the performers/speakers involved had a right to speak their minds, you had a right to condemn their words if you felt that they did not represent your views and opinions. You did not do so; thus, it must be implied that you tacitly endorsed the hate spewing from the stage that night.
Mr. Kerry, do the right thing and release the tape of your July 8th fundraiser and let the American people decide if they agree with the views expressed that night what you have called the heart and soul of America. If you cant be honest and forthcoming with the American people now, you do not deserve to be President.
