Severe Punishments for Rasicm in Football

There has been a lot of Racism in football recently and it is disgusting. The Undersigned believe the following action should be taken:

1)Life time bans and possible criminal prosecution for fans guilty of Racial Abuse.

2)Any club condoning Racism or who have many racist fans to be fined and made to play "X" number of matches behind closed doors.

Racism has not place in football. It is disgusting.
