Making the most of loose change on cruise ships

We understand that there is an opportunity for those aboard cruise ships to give their spare change to the most needy around the world, and agree that Sea-Change knows how to implement its' idea of Small change making a BIG difference.

We understand that Sea-Change is a separate entity to the Cruise Industry and has International charitable aims and concerns for the fundamentals of life.

The beneficiaries of the Sea-Change project as conceived and led by Peter Gibbs and Jim Bussey should be those in greatest need. These principal beneficiaries may include the International AIDS Trust, PLAN International (also known as Childreach in the USA) and WaterAid as well as other smaller charities, some possibly in Caribbean Islands. All of these beneficiaries will be agreed upon by an appointed board of responsible trustees, one trustee of which can be from the cruise industry. The principle of collecting unwanted loose currency has already been proven to work by a Sea-Change pilot.

To us it is simple:

There is unwanted currency that is sometimes literally thrown away.

There are charities that need it.

Sea-Change wants to bring them together and knows how to do it.

So, we give our support and we ask for yours.
