Smoking ban repeal in Iowa

We the people of the State of Iowa demand that our governor, Governor Chet Culver, and our Legislators in both the State House and Senate, govern this great state as they swore to by oath to support the constitution of the United States and the constitution of the State of Iowa; whereas, we the people are weary and angry that this government chooses to place laws on it's citizens in this state, that is in the form of socialistic and collectivistic nature, similiar to the laws seen in communist countries. These laws interfere with our rights as American citizens to choose as individuals. Thus preventing our rights to live our lives enjoying liberty and the pursuit of happiness, as guaranteed by the constitution of the United States and the State of Iowa.

One Such law that recently went info effect is (HF2212) The Smokefree Air Act. We the people demand an immediate repeal of this unconstitional law. It infringes on our Constituional Rights as individuals. We also demand our representatives in the Legaslative, Executive and Judicial Branches of our government, govern this great state as our fore fathers visioned and outlined in the constitution of the United States and Iowa Constitution.

We the people, of the great state of Iowa, will be monitoring your actions to this demand and if you choose not to govern by the Constitution of this state and nation, then we will end your political career at the voting booth.
