Solve problems in Lithuanian 3rd server

This petition is meant to express opinion of travian players in Lithuanian 3rd server.
On the night from the 23rd to 24th of October this server underwent serious technical problems. Although players sent appropriate attacks (everything according to the rules) to take building plans, it turned out they (building plans) were not there. The plans appeared only the next morning.
So the situation was like this:
a) the plans were kept unsaved (because players defeated the Natarian troops during the night)
b) the plans could be (and were) taken by anyone, who were close enough to send the hero first
So we demand administrators to immediately take one of the following actions:
a) to look through the logs of the night and give the plans to the players who would have taken them
b) to bring the events before the time when the plans appeared.
