It has come to our attention that the owner of the Montcalm Hotel intends open Lipstixx Exotic Nightclub, an adult entertainment club in his establishment. He has chosen to do so without any public consultation whatsoever and we, as concerned and active members in our community, are against this type of establishment existing in our neighbourhood.

Please do not put a strip club in our neighbourhood. There is a residential area directly behind the Montcalm with many young families and students who will not feel safe walking home from the university after evening classes.
