If you, as a customer of Activision, feel you have been taken advantage of and deceived by Activision's recent PC CD-ROM release of Spider-Man 2: The Game based on false advertising, please continue reading this statement.

If you were under the impression Spider-Man 2: The Game was going to be identical to the PS2/GC/XBox version of Spider-Man 2: The Game based on the advertisements given and the information that was released by Activision, please sign this petition to state that you feel Activision should port the console version of Spider-Man 2: The Game to PC CD-ROM.

If you purchased the product, Spider-Man 2: The Game for PC, only to find out it was a different product then advertised and if you feel Activision is guilty of marketing a product falsely, please sign.

If you feel Activision is responsible to the general public for making a port of the console version of Spider-Man 2: The Game available, please sign this petition and share your thoughts regarding this matter.

Dear Activision, we [PC gamers] deserve this game too.
