Starcraft Sprite Limit

This is a pettition coming from the community of one of your most played, most liked, well known games that you guys have created. We of the starcraft community are tired of recieveing this "Cannot create more units" message. How are susposed to play eight player team/ffa/melee games, plan a strategy and muster a force to our full capacity if ten minutes into the game we get this message? How are we to defend our bases if all we have are some seven marines and a bunch of unused starports which cannot create more units? From what we have been told, this is due to a sprite limit of 1700. Why would you choose this number to be the limit? If Eight players create 200 units that would equal to 1600, allowing each player to make only 12.5 buildings before hitting this limit. Then we also have to take into account all of the mineral placings and all of the vespian geysor placings in the math aswell.We the faithful Starcraft community want to be able to play this game to the full extent without having to runinto this kind of problem.Which is why this petition has been sighned for. We want the "sprite limit" to be more reasonable, we want it to be increased to,at the very least 2000 sprites. This would allow us to create our bases the way they should be designed without having to sacrafice the size of our army.
