I agree completly when you are using a cell phone you are trying to pay attention to the phone and the road. It is not safe for you or other drivers the only time you absolutly need to use a cell phone is in an emergency any way.Get those people off the p

Cell phones should not be allowed when driving, it is an uneeded distraction, if a phone call is that important one should pull over and not put other drivers at risk.
