Stop circumventing the labor laws and pass the Regular Employment Bill (REB)

 Pass the Regular Employment Bill "REB", a law that we look forward to stop the abusive acts to the employment nature entities both in private and especially in the government. Capitalism is good but it should be for everyone going up in gains, not the other way around being leave behind. This has been a practice for so long now in the government to result to a "job contracting" scheme to avoid laws on labor just to make it look legally coated and hide the true nature that it is stepping everyone's right to decent lives and quality to improved lives. It is the mandate of the State to "protect the rights of workers and protect their welfare" but has never been true and only on lip service. This has been a reality, a sad face that it is happening and a perennial problem that has to be weed out in the system. Special mention to Pres. Noy, you have been consistent and idealistic of your "Daan Matuwid" or "Straight Path" advocacy, stop this abuses and hear our tiny million voices. I am a skeptics to your government reform and please make this as your never ending legacy, a truer reform of your governance as you would step down on 2016. I have to insert something personal, I have been a job order worker and a Civil Service Professional Eligible , and I feel being violated on my rights when I have penned the signature on an instrument where you see a clause "no employer-employee relationship", but yet I continue serving hoping a sudden change to come in a way. Stop also the Political Patronage and political backing practice. In prayer, hoping this bill be a law of the land of the Government of the Philippines. I remain.
