Stop Construction on Pot Springs RD

I created this petition because it came to my attention that ROY KIRBY and SONS Construction are trying to re-zone and build Four - 4 Story Complexes that will house over 150 retired people. Im all for retirement and retired people but I am not for the construction of a massive Commercial project in my neighborhood ESPECIALLY when it is zoned for 13 houses on 10 acres. For those who have not noticed, going towards Towson on pot springs road, this is the 10 acre wooded area about 100 yards from the 4 way stop (pot springs and old bosley). So on November 1 in the Towson Court House there will be a hearing, so I hope everyone comes by to show the judge that he should not allow this group to build this project in our back yard!
