To: Rockingham County Superior Court - Stop the Eviction Proceedings on Saraswati Temple in New Hampshire

We the devotees of the Saraswati Mandiram a Hindu Temple located at 38B Ladds Lane, Epping, NH 03042 are very upset that the Temple has been subject to the unsavory legal maneuvering of Gourley & Gourley, of Mclean, Virginia much to the dismay and financial drain of the temple and its devotees. This property worth over $4 million has been illegally placed under auction for a sum of $2 million. The briefs on the civil litigation case have been submitted Supreme Court and no decision have been taken yet. Gourley & Gourley is trying to use the lower courts to evict our priest and our deities from the temple.

It is highly upsetting to the thousands of devotees of Saraswati Mandiram that we are being unjustly denied the religious right to freedom and place of worship without adequate due process.

This is a place of worship for thousands of devotees and we are concerned that major and concerted efforts are being made to illegally take our temple away from us. This is a sacred space that needs the respect and honoring from the community rather than be subject to the hounding and relentless efforts at taking this away from us its Hindu worshipers.

We the undersign petition this court for an emergency stay of execution on the eviction.

God Bless America
