"My question is, how can this even be considered when Congress is currently considering suspending funding to Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma? How would CNO propose to fund this endeavor?"

"This needs to be stopped . CNO just had elections and why in the world did the people give Smith the oppurtunity to continune what he has been doing all the time in office. Seems to me the people of CNO need to be more involved in their tribe."
