It is very frustrating to havve our soaps constantly interrupted when Dan Rather or who ever have no news.I think it can wait until ^6 oclock newws or tune in cnn the news channel.I recall when they interupted to say we havent got a president yet.That could have waited until they had a president.My solution will be if its that important put it on the bottom of the screen.The court cases with Bush and Gore was another example.We missed a whole day when we didnt understand or just wasnt interested ) .I think the networks dont respect the soaps as it is anfd this is prove.I dont see them interrupting tennis,or basketball or anything like that. This is my and millions of others views aboyut we interrupt this program,if you will

Why do we have to listen to what ever is going on from the source, then listen to it explained and reviewed and summarized over and over by the anchor. Soaps do not show reruns or stop tape so we can see the show from point of interruption.
