(1) Spiral perms;
(2) Hair length exceeding past bra line;
(3) Feathered bangs; and
(4) Blond highlights.
We have organized this petition in order to encourage a fashionable environment to the City of San Jose. The San Jose Hair has negatively impacted the fashion growth and development of the City.
