Please stop your carriers from throwing the "Star Watch" in my yard and/or driveway. These unwanted, unsolicited newspaper supplements clutter up my yard, my street and my neighborhood. The "Star Watch" often becomes a wet, slippery mash of newsprint that is both difficult and repulsive to clean up from our sidewalks and driveways.
Circulation of the "Star Watch" amounts to nothing more than littering and has become a nuisance to a great deal of the county public; and it is this constant littering that is taking away from the natural beauty of Chattanooga and Hamilton County. Many of the undersigned subscribe to the Times-Free Press and many do not. Regardless, your reckless distribution of the "Star Watch" newspaper has long been out of control and needs to stop for the sake of our County.
