In the court of law, in order to convict someone of a serious crime, you need 2 credible eye witnesses... so... having that said...
I'm starting this petition for the fact that I truly believe that cops should have 2 credible eye witnesses (a dash-mounted cam is inadmissable as evidence in the court of law as you did not sign an agreement to be video taped) in order to issue you a traffic violation.
