of Steven Darbasie
Steven Darbasie is a married father of three small children, all U.S. citizens including his wife. He has lived here in the U.S. as a Permanent Resident Alien since before he turned one year old. He worked as a tax-paying individual since he was sixteen years old. However, he is now being deported to a country that besides his birth he has no ties to, no family in, and cant speak the language. This is happening all because he was set-up for a drug sale he ended up taking the rap for. Which so happens to be his first offense, a non-violent one at that. He has been locked-up away from is family for several years now because of his mistake in judgement. But now the Department of Homeland Security is moving to deport him and permanently take him away from his small children that need him and his family. He made a mistake and is paying dearly for it. Most people get at least a second chance, and thats all were asking for is a second chance in life. He has learned his lesson, matured over these past years, and is rehabilitated.
