2004 is the release date for a full length feature film based on the Avril Lavigne song "Sk8ter Boi". The writing credits are going to David Zabel who was also the writer on the failed James Camron TV series "Dark Angel". For all intents and proposes this movie must not be made! It is only proving that Hollywood is more concerned with cashing out and making poor quality movies than good quality films. In the last ten years weve gone form making movies like Clerks, Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction to churning out cookie cutter trash such as Gilgi, From Justin to Kelly, and Marci X. Hollywood as obviously has, like many industries, givin into the poison of commercialism and decided to sacrifice quality to making the brainwashed youth of America happy. Stopping a movie like this from being made, would be the first step to get Hollywood back oin track and back into making good quality films instead of trash like this.
