In regards to the recent article in the Wall Street Journal about the chance that TechTV might we sold, we TechTV fans ask that you reconsider and instead return a once great channel to its prior glory. The nightly technology program, The Screen Savers draws a very large audience, as do several other fine shows that are shown on your channel.
The problem however is that there are some shows that nobody, not even a hardcore techie would watch. Shows like "Anime Unleashed" and "Wired For Sex" are pointless money pits. The people at TechTV simply need to streamline their channel and add the type of programming that people want to see. The solution is not to sell, but to use the fantastic talent available to you.
The fans are worried that if Viacom buys the channel, it will be turned into a purely sci-fi channel, as Viacom said it plans to do. And if Sony buys the channel, it will be turned into one giant ad for Sony. TechTV is important for fans of the channel and we ask that you do not sell the channel and destroy your wonderful programming.

I used to love TechTV back when it was ZDTV, but it has gone downhill lately in the programming that has been added. I used to be able to catch The Screensavers later in the evening, but no more...

I just wanna say if Viacom gets it, then its gonna be MTV3 sony gets it its gonna be "hey buy a vaio tv" if anything sell it to red hat.

Please don't ruin the best channel on tv. Oh and get rid of battlebots or whatever and wired for sex, bring back an hour and a half of the screensavers.
