stop wood working behind residence

Please be kind enough to sign this petition to prompt the City of St John's to stop wood working in a shed 21 feet behind my residence in St John's NL, Canada. Toxic chemicals from such-lacquers, paints, varnishes, etc, surround the air around my home, and enter my home. I have to leave, as this has, and does, make me sick. It has been 6 months, with no action taken. My right to live in my home has been taken away.Thank you!
