Nevertheless, we have heard of your intentions for the multiplayer game part, and I would like to attract your attention on one point.
Your predecessor, Nihilistic Software, have done a caricatural and primary solo part but yet, Vampire : the Mascarade - Redemption keeps on being played by hundred of players, who lots are fans of the paper game, four years after its release.
Why?
Simply thanks to the storyteller mode which serves as the multiplayer part.
I don't call into question what you planned to do, but occulting the storyteller mode would be an error, depriving you of lots of paper game's fans' support who are waiting for the successor which can finally reply to their expectations : be able to give life to their party games and allow to players who are far away to meet.
Isn't there the best way to adapt for the multiplayer this paper games and to be coherent with the freedom advocated by a role player game?
Another point : the character's customisation. It's a crucial factor for the immersion. And the fact that the biggest part of the game can take place at the first person isn't an excuse (The Elder Scrolls : Morrowind is a good example). Especially as it seems to me that when we are in multiplayer game, we will have a representation of others players.
I let you meditate on this few lines, congratulating you on your fantastic work that you accomplish on this game.
