Street lights in UP (nh34), delhi-meerut road

I was traveling from Delhi to Lansdowne over diwali weekend (overnight), wherein we came across this nh34 (image attached of exact location) missing street lights. And, not to our surprise, we found an accident a couple of miles later from the exact location. While we were struck in traffic due to accident, it made me wonder how many accidents this street would have caused due to lack of street lights. Moreover, its a threat for bikers, or cars traveling this way (theft). This caused to a realisation that atleast NHs shouldn't be missing street lights because these are the roads which connects our nation. Help me sign this petition so that we can get the highways lit up by street lights at night and be a cause in saving lives of people from accidents.
