Student Equality at LTD College

We, the Undersigned, do declare that we are annoyed with the unfair behaviour of students and how they are treated by staff.

As students of Leeds Thomas Danby College (UK), we feel that the staff are segragating many students.

In our particular course (Applied ICT) we have a selection of students who...
- Are constantly late for lesson
- Leave lesson for food/drink/personal phone calls/conversations
- Chat to each other all lesson
- Are rude to other students in the class
- Play music at unacceptable volumes
- Leave lesson early
- Spend all lesson playing games online

When reported to the tutors, we are unhappy with the way these situations are dealt with, yet all other students within the course are treated with more discipline.

We feel that all students should be treated equally and that any disruptive students be handled accordingly and in the same manner as any other student.

We are NOT asking for special treatment - we are asking for EQUALITY!
