"23rd Street Northbound in the AM and Southbound in the PM has become intolerable. It is nearly impossible to make a right onto 23rd St in the morning. We have been late to school because of the congestion. PLEASE address this issue!!!!!"

"The traffic flow on 23rd and Ocean Park in the late afternoon needs to be addressed. Recently, traveling from 23rd to Bundy on Ocean Park Blvd at 5:00pm took over 20 minutes. I believe the main problem was caused by the intersection at OP/Bundy."
