Scores of young Armenian leaders have been trained in advanced negotiation skills and, more importantly, we now have evidence of increased efficiency of problem solving processes with their involvement. As you are well aware, our nation has high demand in highly skilled negotiation professionals at all levels of the government. Our success as a nation depends on the capacity of Armenia to negotiate productively both externally, with neighbors and other powers, and internally.

We hope that you will support the new initiative spearheaded by Arthur Martirosyan to establish a Center for Excellence in Negotiation in Armenia.
