Tomek Wilkoszewski came from a town in Poland with high unemployment and many social problems, including problems with neo-nazi thugs who frequently harrassed and beat other people. Tomek had been one victim of this violence. One night, yet another fight ensued and in the end, one neo-nazi was dead. Although Tomek has not admitted to the killing, although the situation would be considered one of self-defense in many countries, and even though Tomek was a teenager at the time, he was given a 15-year sentence which, by Polish standards is very strict. He has been in prison since 1996 despite the fact that he was being victimized by nazi thugs. In prison he has been a model prisoner. He finished high school there and works in the penal colony in Sieradz. We feel that he should be given the chance to try and get his life together in society, which will be a tremendous task for him. Tomek has the right to appeal for early release and we support him in this appeal.

Well, i'm against killing cause that's what they doing. But i think that if i were him i would do the same. Anyway, i hope to get out of this place soon. He spent a lot time from his life in this hell.
