We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to suspend the
removal of Hussien Khedri: Home Office Reference Number
k1290484.
Hussien Khedri is an Iranian national who is facing deportation
to Greece on flight BA640 from Heathrow at 7:55 on Thursday
19th March, 2009. The Greek asylum system has been widely
condemned for its unjust practices and allegations against
Greek officials are being investigated. Contrary to the Dublin
Convention II, Hussien Khedri's claim will not receive the
requiste level of attention. Also, an independent medical
report has confirmed that Hussien Khedri is a minor.
Furthermore, NASS continues to support him. We demand the Home
Office suspend his removal until further investigations have
been conducted.

Hussien Khedri should be in school and receiving support instead of in Campsfield facing deportation! Shame on the Home Office for consistently inept investigations and continuing to send people to have their claims heard in a country that somehow manages
