"Now is not the time as hotels struggle for revenues to meet budgets with a decline in the leisure tourism markets. We should be working together to promote tourism, not charging each other for services which in turn drives up cost passed on to our guests."
"We provide a free service that makes DC a more marketable area for travelers. This in turn brings more business to the airport; it is bad for the hotels, the IAD, and DC businesses in general for hotels to be charged to provide this service."
