Enough is enough folks. Its a noble thing to save a historical site for the good of the community, but what good is the aud doing for Buffalo now??? Outside of famous performers (the same performers that have done shows at countless other venues across the country) what is its historical significance?? Yes we all have wonderful memories of the aud; concerts, shows, good times with friends, but the building has been empty for years now and simply is a drain on our economy and takes up needed space downtown.
Buffalo could become a showplace city in the North East, bringing in tourists, new business, and help OUR economy thrive! This can not happen until some of the buildings which no longer serve any purpose are removed. Everyone complains about taxes being so high, the lack of jobs in the area, the lack of growth in Buffalo, well, heres the first step!
