We, the undersigned users of Blueyonder would like to petition Telewest Broadband to create a user forum where we can discuss our issues with the service and offer support to our fellow users. We feel the service we receive at present is unacceptable, the support given to customers on the website is very minimal, the response times of email are not good enough for those of us who like to get things done and the costs of telephoning customer support are astronomical. We believe that by introducing a forum everyone using the service would benefit greatly. We also feel this would be of benefit to Telewest Broadband themselves as they would not have to deal with as much "less technical" enquiries and have many more happy customers. We, as Telewest Broadband customers, are the heart of your business and should therefore be heard when it comes to matters such as this.
