We the people of Texas demand superior education for our children. Compensatory participation in public schools limits educational opportunities. Therefore, we have the right to remove our children from this system. Further, if we enroll our children in accredited private schools, we have the right to a refund of our taxes that we pay to finance our public schools.
We the undersigned believe in quality education and question the ability of government to deliver quality education to our children. We believe that mandatory participation in a failing public system is discriminatory to persons of low economic abilities and minorities and denies all citizens access to superior education for our children.
