The addition of notes on the SOCOM 3 Ladder

We, the users of Gamebattles.com, feel that our online gameplay would be more enhanced by allowing the use of notes (updated rosters, banned maps, ect.) in the competitive SOCOM 3 ladders offered at Gamebattles.com. A majority of the site wishes for this addition to be added, and in a democracy, majority rules. Please consider the additions the users want, because without us, there wouldn't be a GB.
