In August 2007, someone created an article about me without my written permission and infringed on the good name of the author. The page is causing nothing but misery. The above site is a bullying site and we must stop this bullying.
The author is preparing to file a lawsuit in small claims court against Encyclopedia Dramatica for libel and slander because most of what was written on the URL known as http://encylopediadramatica.com/Aeverine_Nieves is all false. She emailed the administration to have the article removed, and it was unsuccessful.
Nothing good is coming out of the web site as it has destroyed reputations and lives ruined, and causing emotional distress.
By signing this petition, you can help the author to take Encyclopedia Dramatica to court and sue them for at least $10,000 for defamation of character, and attorney fees. The author appreciates your signature and one endorsement to shut down Encyclopedia Dramatica and other bullying sites, such as Your're The Man Now Dog.
