"My most recent delivery from Amazon, by Yodel, has not yet arrived. They've had the parcel since 19 Nov (it's 5 Dec today) and claim to have attempted delivery four times. I've been in all day, every day they say they've tried; I've given them directions "

"6 days a parcel sat on their depot shelves, whilst they refused to answer the phone. The millions of people out of work deserve a chance to earn a living. These people deserve some hardship for their incompetence."
