The Google+ Age Requirement

We Google users would like for Google Inc. to lower the minimum age requirement to use Google+. Google has not released the social network to the public, but many speculate the age to use the service is 18. Whatever the age may be, we request that Google Inc. lower the age down to 13. We choose 13 because that is usually the age requirement for setting up an email for a person.
The age requirement is ridiculous! I personally could use Facebook when I was 13.
We also request this be done within the next 7 business days because frustration is growing for the many teens out there that cannot utilize the service, even with their invitations from adults they might know.
