We the undersigned
Would implore social services to resist the ill-informed and ignorant people who have been calling for an investigation into alleged neglect by the McCanns and the abduction of Madeleine.
If Leicestershire social services were to launch an investigation, we would call on them to ask all other UK social services departments to investigate the tens of thousands of parents who acted in exactly the same way as Kate and Gerry did while on a Mark Warner holiday.
Also, we would expect UK social services to investigate all those parents who have used a hotel or resort's child listening facilities which, while effective at hearing a crying child, would not prevent abduction by a determined sexual predator.
Further, in the light of clear evidence that driving in a car with a child increases the risk of being involved in a fatal accident, we call on social services departments to ban parents from driving cars with children inside.
In addition, in the knowledge that a baby who was sleeping in a bedroom next to her mother's was snatched from their English home some years back, we are calling on the government to make it illegal for children to sleep in separate bedrooms to their parents.
We also call for the closure of all boarding schools. Quite clearly, parents are unable to monitor their children 24/7 in such settings.
And finally, given the McCann case, it is clear that hundreds of thousands of British parents are daily exposing their children to unacceptable levels of risk.
Therefore we are calling on immediate legislation so that every baby at birth is placed in a sterile cell with no contact with any other human being until they are 18. Surely this is the only way to eliminate those risks.

I think this is absolutely disgusting! Watching two innocent people being framed why dont you concentrate on the hundreds of children who are being abused both verbally and physically now before its too late instead wasting more resources us tax payers se
