We, the consumers of urban music and hip-hop culture have been lied to and deceived by Lupe Fiasco and his promotion of his upcoming album " Lasers". We were falsely promised classic music and made to believe the album was not being released due to label politics. Upon the leak of his album, listeners learned that the album was not given a release date due to the poor quality of music and guest appearances by artists such as "Trey Songz". We believe that it is the best interest of Lupe Fiasco, Atlantic Records, and the hip-hop community that this album should be postponed until Lupe has made music to live up to the claims he has been making for many many months.
