The Quinn Donovan Act

To: Every citizen of Canada that has had enough of weirdos with bad ideas!

We, the undersigned, are petitioning the government of Canada, both Federal and Provincial (B.C.), with this document, for a permanent stop to the general nonsense tomfoolery and hypocrisy that makes up one Quinn Donovan, as a symbol to all the buffoons out there to stop wasting our time. Which will forever stop Quinn from ever creating another Petition (online or otherwise), bad television show idea (starting with but not limited to the likes of homeless man tracker), or other annoying idea that aggravates the fine people of this Province and Country. His name will be title for a country wide by-law, known as the Quinn Donovan Act, which will state:

Offenders and Repeat offenders of the Quinn Donavan Act will be subject to fines of up to $10,000 and 90 days of mandatory psychological evaluation. They are always remembered, never forgotten, and forever schmucks, until which time they are no longer a burden on society and are fully reformed.


The criteria for the offenders of this New Act will be as follows:

If you have subscriptions to more than one professional wrestling magazine, paraphrased what someone else has said and claim it as a quote, rip off successful ideas of books, movies, television shows ect... and claim them as your own original ideas, narrates his(her) current actions in the voice of Morgan Freeman, knows people that resemble characters from the 60s Batman TV show (and for this the country includes Jason, aka King Tut and any other wacko that does or does not think that Quinn Donovan is actually cool) If you broadcasted play by play while playing a sport or at an actual sporting event out loud much to dismay of other participants for any reason, you're an eligible offender.

This will be a fully enforced addition to the law, and will be subjective based of the decision of the law enforcement official on scene and will be at their sole discretion but not limited to taking into account past discretions on record. That can be served at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, rain, shine, snow, or hail, and serve to make the lives of regular everyday citizens more peaceful. If required at a later date, revisions to this law and harsher penalties may be added to better protect the good people of this country.
