The right to practice the art of pwnage.

I believe that a man should be able to walk down the street in peace. What this takes is that you legalize the pwning of anyone who seeks to stop this man's peaceful walk. For example, say a baby crawled out of it's carriage and gets in the way of the mans feet, he should be able to kick the baby into traffic and beat the mother to death with no penalty, or if a bunch of little kids are being loud, he should be able to pull out his .50 cal and dismember their heads. That is what I believe. I'd pwn you if you don't pass this law, but thats illegal. Here are the parameters of my law.
1.Men and only men are allowed to pwn
2.There is no age limit for who you can pwn
3.If you pwn a woman, you are allowed to eat her corpse.
4.If you pwn a suffiecent amount of people, you will be aloud to carry any weapon you can think of.Evar.
5.After 1000 pwns, you get 60\% off at McDonalds and Long John Silvers
6.These are the rules. Oh yeah..you can break any of the rules you want, unless you are a woman.
