The Saskatchewan CCSVI Liberation

Whereas MS [Multiple Sclerosis] is a debilitating disease that affects Saskatchewan residents with more frequency;

and; for which there is no known cure,

and; whereas physicians/doctors refuse to refer individuals for testing or treatment for CCSVI [chronic-cerebrospinal-venous-insufficiency] based on the fact they have MS yet might refer non MS sufferer's for testing/treatment for stenosed [collapsed] veins; and whereas Dr. Zamboni has developed testing and treatment procedures wherein a good number of MS sufferer's have benefitted from treatment and this treatment is not available in Saskatchewan or Canada;

Therefore we resolve

That; the government of Saskatchewan order doctors/physicians to stop what looks like discrimination based on a disease and further resolve that the province institute testing and treatment based on the requirements that Dr. Zamboni has used and others have adopted immediately using [MRV, Doppler and Venograms] of individuals who request or are referred by a Physician. The tests above MUST follow the requirements that Dr. Zamboni has followed to determine if CCSVI could affect an individual;

And

We further resolve that the Government of Saskatchewan institute said testing and treatment to be funded by our Health Care Plan.
