The Undefeated Oklahoma Sooners Made-For-TV Movie

After having one of the most incredible on-field accomplishments in the history of sports, it is even more impressive with how much adversity the undefeated Oklahoma Sooners in the 1950's dealt with. For four years, the Sooners never lost a game while bringing salvation to a state in desperate need of an identity. The courage, determination, and dream that brought the Sooners to national prominence as well as morale to the state of Oklahoma is truly what great stories are all about. Jim Dent, who wrote the book called, The Undefeated, told this remarkable story. Now, it is time they made this incredible story into a made-for-TV movie. The story of how they accomplished this record-breaking feat is more than worthwhile to bring to television.

I am petitioning for a network to make and produce this story on television for the reasons stated above. I truly believe that the people of Oklahoma deserve to have this story told on television, and all college football fans should see the reputation and faith that those Sooners brought to their state as well as the sport during a trying time in our country. The movie should fittingly be called "The Undefeated".
