this petetion is in hopes of letting the bandmemebers and 311's managment of the 311 fanbases request for the the song "This Too Shall Pass" to be preformed at the 311 Day festival on March 11th, 2006.
This may or may not include a bass solo featuring the whole band, or part of the band, even if its just Nick and the Nut bustin out funky grooves on the bass.
