Skateboarding in North America, and especially Canada is growing at a precedent rate. It is our goal to make skateboarding safe, and fun by petitioning for a new and professionally built park.
Goal: To get Thunder Bay a professionally designed and built concrete skate park
Why: Skateboarding is a growing sport and is becoming very popular in Thunder Bay. All of our old parks were not designed to their maximum benefit, they have been frequently used and now theyre beginning to fall apart. A new park would truly help Thunder Bay in many ways.
The Kind Of Park We Want:
1.A Professionally built and designed concrete park
2.Big enough for all skaters to use without getting crowded
3.A variety of terrain
4.A park made for all skill levels
5.A park with lights, bathrooms, water fountains and a telephone for emergencies
