Time for a change

I the undersigned am an F1 fan who is disillusioned by the current state of Formula 1 and the lack of racing and overtaking and in particular the regulations regarding aerodynamical grip

I would like to see more mechanical grip in F1 and less reliance on aerodynamic grip which hinders overtaking and good racing and propose rule changes to this effect to improve the spectacle of F1 for current and future generations of fans
