We, the undersigned residents of Canada, draw the attention of the House of Commons to the following:

THAT Canada and all the countries of the world are overburdened with unpayable national debts that grow each year with compound interest;

THAT according to a study of the Dominion Bond Rating Service, which was made public in 1995, 93\% of the national debt of Canada is due to compound interest, and only 7\% is due to Government spending for all of its programs;

THAT the true debt of the Federal Government has already been reimbursed many times over by the interest that it has paid.

THEREFORE, your petitioners call upon Parliament to enact legislation asking.

1.To take the means to cancel, the unpayable national debt, which is the cause of the high taxes and poverty of the people.

2.To stop borrowing money from the Bankers or financial institutions, and create, itself, interest free, the money needed for the country, as the Canadian Constitution gives it the right and duty to do.
