To have person at evicted

This lady calls the cops almost every single day. I moved it and within the first week of living across the street from her she called the cops on me four times. She calls the cops on the kids just for playing outside. She has a camera pointing right on my manufactured home 24/7. She is invading my privacy and driving all the other tenants in Novi Meadows crazy. She also is outside with her camera taking pictured of all the kids outside playing. We are all scared she is going to try to sell our kids on the black market or that she is some kind of sick pedophile. We can not take the harassment anymore.
