To stop injustice

I had blank firing western revolvers, that were bought legally from an high street shop. I have had these for almost twenty years with no problems. I helped run a Western re-enactment club which helped raise tens of thousands of pounds for a charity called Memphys, for mentally handicapped children and Loros, an hospice in Leicester that was dear to my heart. We were on cable television and local papers and radio. We also raised money for children needing operations etc. We performed at many venues including Leicester indoor market and city centre. The police have looked at my guns and claim that they could push an object down the barrel and use a blank cartridge to fire it and so they say it is a section one firearm. The police have charged me and i was remanded in prison for two weeks and released on bail. The Procurator Fiscal intends to indict me and send me to prison for a mandatory minimum of five years in prison. I have never been to prison, i am not a criminal orientated person, and have no record of any violent behaviour. The police in England never had any issue with the club or the weapons we used that as i say were legally bought blank firers that were considered to comply with home office legislation.
